They fixed and re-insulated 1 wall, replace the slider to the back yard (this was an extra service my wife & I decided to have done, the old door was 40 years old) and painted everything. I also had the coax for the cable TV moved to the opposite end of the room (next to our fireplace) and the TV mounted onto the wall. The men couldn't have been more accommodating and George, the owner, came 4 out of the 5 days to check on how they were doing. My only criticism would be that they were slow, I think that the work could have been finished sooner; I'm not complaining because I think they did a very good job.

I have used Gianfranco Contracting previously to re-finish my basement. I love working with them. George Gianfranco is a wonderful, honest and hardworking person who has spent many hours in my home and has never disappointed me with his work. His crew, Dave and John, are also wonderful. They did a beautiful job and because of them, my house sold so easily. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
My only regret is that it took me so long to write this review and to let them know how thrilled I was with their work.

We are very happy with the way it worked out . George and his crew are professional, punctual, work neat and very polite and considerate. The sensor light wasn't working properly, we called George, no problem, his men came back and replaced it. Always with the same disposition. We are glad to have found a contractor that we feel comfortable with. We will be using his services again and again and will not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family.

George and company was contracted to demolish the Old and build a New bathroom. It took 3 weeks, exactly what we were told it would take. Very professional contractor. Neat and clean and honest ! Left the house clean each night before they left . Arrived ON time and left after they finished what they had planned that day. George suggested the appropriate stores for cabinets, tiles, bathroom accessories, mirror and glass shower doors etc. Which worked out wonderfully ! He was very helpful. George Gianfranco (owner of company) came to give estimate, he was very professional, he explained in detail what and how he would do the job. and the cost would be $1.615 and it would take two days. I feel the price was very reasonable so we hired him. George showed up on time with two workers John and Dave who were just as professional. They went to work right away, they moved furniture, covered floors and covered everything else with plastic covers. The job was done on time to our complete satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about John and Dave, they put back all furniture and they even mopped our hard wood floors in the work area, we highly recommend this company, you will not be sorry.

In a word...phenomenal. My kitchen needed a complete facelift. We essentially re-did everything but the cabinets. They installed new floors, new countertops, new backsplash, put on new cabinet knobs and installed new fixtures. They even put up our shower head in the upstairs bathroom. George, the owner, was very thorough when giving me the initial quote. He took his time to measure and question everything. The quote was very fair. Once the work started, I couldn't have been happier. George, John and Dave were always on time, super professional and very clean. They even played with my two very rambunctious toddlers. Every morning my 3.5 year old would ask if George and the men were coming. They made quite the impression on the boys.
The job they did was perfect in every way, shape and form. In the coming years, we plan on doing some more renovations and will use their service. I won't even bother asking around for multiple quotes. They were just that good. If contractors can become friends or family, these guys fit the bill.
All in all, you'd be hard pressed to find another service that was this professional, friendly, clean and thorough.

Since we needed several things done we thought it would be easier to find one contractor to do it all instead of hiring a person for each job. I was impressed by the wonderful reviews that the company received and it wasn't long before we realized why. The contractor was punctual and completed all jobs to perfection. If he wasn't happy with the way something looked he redid it. He made sure everything was perfect. I would not hesitate to use him again or to refer him to anyone needing services he can provide.
